The Role:
Our site in Chaska MN is seeking a/an Manufacturing Engineering CoOp to join our team for the Fall 2025 season. This assignment is intended to be 6 months in duration.
This role will provide you with the chance to gain valuable experience as an engineer in a dynamic manufacturing setting.
What Youll Do:
Participate in large scale project implementation
Investigate and resolve production challenges
Design and implement fixturing for improved manufacturing capabilities
Utilize 5S and lean principles to organize and optimize the manufacturing work spaces in various manufacturing processes.
Attend daily production manufacturing meetings
Provide project updates through meetings emails and presentations
What We Seek:
>2 years of college completed in some type of engineering program
Proficiency or knowledge of CAD
Selfdriven creative and motivated individual that can work independently and in a team environment.
Ability to deliver results in a timely manner that meet the organization standards.
Strong communication skills
Ability to prioritize tasks depending on importance
Eligibility:
Must be a currently enrolled student
Available to work 40 hours a week MF 8a5p) beginning in July through December
Must be familiar with the universities requirements to participate in a coop program

Compensation: $20$30/hour range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role
