Aldersgate is looking for a Sales Representative to support our Independent Living sales and marketing team. Reporting to the Corporate Independent Living Sales and Marketing Director the primary purpose of the Sales Representative is to remarket and sell vacant IL units and new construction through maintaining a relationship with wait list contacts and new prospects.
What youll do:
Manages the sales process for independent living vacant units or new construction.
Conducts personal appointments with prosects reviews information provided in the general information packet provides additional information to prospects to inform their decision.
Prepares contracts for future residents.
Prepares and conducts group presentations including tours luncheons siminars and similar activites.
Offers units contacts eligible wait list individuals conducts personal tours prepares and coordiantes of Residency Agreements collects Wait list application fee and entrance fee and completes necessary related paperwork;
Perform any other duties and/or tasks that may be assigned on an asneeded basis by an authorized supervisor
What youll need:
Bachelors degree preferred with concentration in Sales and Marketing or related field or 5 years of related work experience.
35 years or sales experience in senior living is preferred.
Experience in making presentations for individuals as well as large groups of people is required.
Must have the knowledge and experience to close a sale.
Must have knowledge of how to financially qualify applicants.
Ability to use CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite products.
Compensation is $60k $70k based on experience and includes our comprehensive benefits package. This position will be eligible for a sales commission structure.
What youll need:
