- Builds business and HR partnership leveraging our entire HR organization to support delivery of valueadded HR services that reflect business objectives
- Utilizes business knowledge (strategy & drivers) and HR technical expertize including partnering with technical experts across the entire HR organization to assess and anticipate future business and people challenges provide unique insights develop solutions and influence decision making
- HR Embedded shares responsibility with the business and broader HR organization to deliver people processes and achieve results that improve competitiveness of the business
