Primary Roles & Responsibilities:
- Utilizes various systems and reports to verify accuracy of driver duty status records
- Performs weekly audits to compare dispatch history against driver duty statuses
- Works closely with drivers and management to resolve noncompliance and/or record discrepancies
- Assists drivers and terminals with troubleshooting issues related to electronic log devices
- Provides ongoing feedback and updates to leaders as necessary
- Maintains a basic understanding of the organization and other areas of Compliance to support as needed
Required Skills/Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong organization and attention to detail skills
- Effective and professional communication and conflict management skills
- Ability to multitask in a timesensitive work environment
- Experience working with Microsoft Office applications (moderate to advanced Excel skills preferred)
- Previous experience in any customer service role or similar strongly preferred
- History/knowledge of FMCSA and/or DOT rules and regulations will be given additional consideration
