The Hyspeco Sales Manager position is responsible for planning and overseeing sales activities within a defined territory and managing outside sales representatives and distributors. They will lead a sales team by providing guidance training and mentorship setting sales quotas and goals and creating sales plans while building their team.

- Planning and directing the hiring and training/mentoring of new Sales Representatives.
- Hold meetings with their sales staff to review monthly goals.
- Directing and coordinating all sales activities locally and regionally.
- Preparing sales budgets and projections and approving expenditures.
- Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics.
- Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service.
- Develops and maintains communications in a cooperative and professional manner with all levels of staff and customers using established guidelines.

Required Education and Experience
- Bachelors degree in business administration and 5 years of field sales experience or equivalent.
- Technical knowledge of aerospace/aviation manufacturing special practices.
Preferred Education and Experience
- Advanced training in sales skills.
