Mller Milk & Ingredients which aims to be Britains private label dairy leader and produces branded and private label fresh milk cream butter and ingredients products. It boasts a network of dairies and depots servicing customers throughout the country.
Mller Yogurt & Dessertswhich is the UKs leading yogurt manufacturer which aims to create millions more Mller moments for its consumers. It is responsible for major brands like Mller Corner Mllerlight Mller Bliss Mller Rice FRijj and Mller Kefir Smoothie and produces chilled desserts under licence from Mondelez International. It also supplies the UK private label yogurt market from a dedicated state of the art yogurt facility.
We are recruiting a Production Process Operatives to join our Process Department at our Bridgwater Dairy within our Mller Milk & Ingredients business.
The purpose of this role is to ensure the smooth running of the raw milk intake fresh milk processing cream processing cream export reclaim area and chemical offload area. As well as carry out lab testing to analyse record and report lab results in relation to all required processing lab tests.
Salary 32096.64 per annum / 15.34 per hour
Shift Pattern 4 on 4 off 2 days 2 nights 4 off) between the hours of 6 6
Location Bridgwater TA6 6DF
Responsibilities of a Process Operative will include:
Checking and recording of all relevant paperwork
Sampling and testing of raw products
Loading tankers
Liaising with the other production departments
Follow Standard Operating Procedures
Operate equipment and processes effectively including asset care maximising output adherence to plan waste reduction and cost savings
Undertake any other duties as required
Quality assurance
Experience required for a Process Operative to join us:
Quality assurance
Manufacturing experience ideally in a food environment
Production experience ideally in a food environment
