About the role

This role is responsible for growing Konica Minoltas market share of Production and Print in an assigned territory. You will utilise professional sales and account management expertise to achieve and exceed revenue targets through new business and an existing customer base. The successful person in this role will have a customer centric approach with an ability to understand the customers business identify their business needs and tailor our integrated print management and software solutions to meet their needs and enhance the customer experience. This will be demonstrated by a candidates passion for innovative technologies and solutions.



Requirements

Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will have a passion for cuttingedge technology and will be a dynamic highly motivated results driven sales professional who demonstrates:

  • Exposure to sales training methodologies (Spin or Ignite as an example)
  • Proven sales experience in B2B preferably in printing technology or related industries
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding Sales Targets over a sustained period
  • Strong understanding of production and industrial print solutions (or a passion to learn fast)
  • Selfmotivation goaloriented attitude with a strong drive and resilience
  • Solid communication and negotiation skills with a high level of business acumen
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Ability to build relationships with customers and influence buying decisions
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and autonomously as required
  • Selflearning of new developments innovations and technologies within our industries
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (i.e. Word Excel Outlook)

Who are we looking for

  • Hold valid working rights for Australia
  • Hold a valid driving licence

As per Konica Minolta compliance procedures the successful candidate will be required to undertake background checks.
