What Youll Do:
- Manage Performance:Support our team in driving results across Paid Social & Programmatic including traditional and video.
- Strategic Optimization:Utilize advanced techniques for campaign planning optimization and analysis.
- Team Collaboration:Lead and mentor junior team members while collaborating closely with the Account Director.
- Drive Innovation:Embrace opportunities for new and creative strategies to enhance performance.
- Present with Confidence:Share insights and results with internal teams and external stakeholders.

- Proven experience inpaid social and programmaticplatforms.
- Strategic understanding of thedigital ecosystem.
- Strong team management skills including direct line management of juniors.
- Excellentcommunicationskills and a knack for presenting with clarity and authority.
- A commitment to identifying crosschannel efficiencies and implementing best practices.
