Job Description:
We are looking for a seasoned and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role you will take the lead on various design projects mentor junior designers and collaborate closely with our marketing team to create compelling visuals that drive engagement and brand recognition.
Responsibilities:
Work with the graphic design team in creating visually appealing and impactful designs for eCommerce brands.
Oversee and contribute to projects involving Photoshop Illustrator Premier Pro and After Effects.
Develop and execute creative concepts for social media graphics advertisements and other marketing materials.
Collaborate with team members to understand project requirements and deliver highquality onbrand designs.
Participate in and lead brainstorming sessions providing creative direction to enhance visual content.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously ensuring deadlines are met and quality is maintained.
Mentor junior designers offering guidance and feedback to help them grow in their roles.
Requirements:
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop Illustrator and After Effects.
Strong creative skills with a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of design principles.
Excellent command of English both written and spoken.
Proven ability to lead and work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong communication and time management skills.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design preferably in a digital marketing or eCommerce environment.
A passion for design with the ability to adapt to new trends and techniques.
