Automotive Service Advisor
Advantage Chevrolet of Bridgeview is looking for a dedicated and customerfocused Automotive Service Advisor to join our team! This fulltime role is perfect for someone with a passion for the automotive industry and a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming service experience.
Listen to customer concerns and accurately document their needs.
Recommend necessary repairs and services based on vehicle history and inspection.
Provide detailed cost estimates and repair timelines.
Schedule and confirm service appointments.
Act as the communication bridge between customers and service technicians.
Keep customers informed throughout the repair process addressing any questions or concerns.
Ensure accurate invoicing and billing.
Maintain organized records of customer interactions and vehicle service history.
Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and drive service sales.
What Were Looking For:
2 years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor
Strong customer service and communication skills
Knowledge of automotive systems parts and repair processes
General Motors experience is a plus
Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
Proficiency with computer systems and service scheduling software
A valid drivers license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
