Your Role
- Translate technical documents and communications from Swedish to English with precision.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for clients in ISV and HiTech sectors.
- Communicate with Swedishspeaking clients to understand and resolve technical issues.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain detailed documentation of support requests and resolutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends to enhance support quality.
- Contribute to process improvements and knowledge base development.
- Provide guidance and training to junior team members.
What Were Looking For
- Fluent Swedish speaker with strong English communication skills spoken and written.
- 14 years of experience in translation and language QA.
- Domain expertise in ISV and HiTech industries.
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with ticketing systems and technical support documentation.
- Ability to work effectively in a structured onsite work model with day shifts.
