IAM (Identity Access Management) Engineer
We are looking for an IAM Engineer to solution design deploy configure and implement Identity Governance (IGA) solution based on business requirements and industry best practice. The IAM Engineer will have responsibility in analyzing requirements gathering creating and refining robust Identity Management processes for all products within operation and verification that these processes will reduce the cost and increase efficacy for the internal teams as well as the customers. The IAM Engineer will serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for access provisioning governance and administrative needs across the organization. Strong knowledge of Identity Management modules and processes leading to the understanding of the daytoday challenges within the Identity Management space is a must.
This role will advise the Head of Identity and Access Management and IT leadership on best practices and solutions available to implement the IAM strategy and adhere to the relevant policy and compliance requirements. In addition participate in problem solving activities and developing intellectual property.

Hiring Range:
$90400.00 USD $113000.00 USD annuallyIncentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan sales incentive orcommissionpotential.
