Job Description
- $50k70k first year compensation expected. UNCAPPED commission as part of base salary commission structure
- 90 of your leads are provided to you not selfgenerated (theyre also prequalified) no cold calling or door knocking
- Company vehicle laptop and cell phone provided

- Your sales territory will be certain areas within the North Atlanta Suburbs including Milton Alpharetta Woodstock Canton and Ball Ground
- Meet with customers inperson to estimate projects and review our processes
- Write detailed proposals and provide estimate to customer during the appointment
- Followup with customers on outstanding proposals
- Participate in home shows / trade shows
- Provide support to production team and crews & marketing initiatives
- Complete administrative items needed to set up the crew and team for success on every project
Qualifications:
- Exceptional communication & relationship building skills
- High attention to detail
- Strong work ethic
- Strong written/verbal skills to include proofreading and basic math skills for estimating
- Basic computer skills
- Proven record of ability to set meet and exceed goals
- Previous sales and/or service industry experience preferred but not required
- Unrestricted drivers license and clean driving record
- Uncapped earning potential with salary commission structure
- Performancebased bonuses
