Responsibilities
- Direct and supervise our awesome dealers making sure theyre dealing with style and precision. (Think of yourself as their gaming guru!

- Be the eagleeyed guardian of the games spotting any irregularities or suspicious play faster than a dealer shuffles a deck. (Were talking serious game integrity here!
- Keep our gaming floor safe and sound ensuring everyone follows the rules and reporting any hazards. (Because safety is always a winning hand!
- Handle those pesky CTR and MTL forms like a seasoned pro. (Yes even superheroes have paperwork!
- Inspect decks and maintain game security ensuring no funny business happens on your watch. (Were all about fair play!
- Lead and guide your team providing topnotch guest service that leaves everyone smiling. (Your charisma is your superpower!
Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED and 2 years of gaming experience 1year supervisory experience a plus!
- The ability to lead and inspire a team.
- A passion for providing exceptional guest service.
- The ability to obtain a Cherokee Nation Gaming License and/or OHRC License.
- A valid drivers license.
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain game integrity.
- The ability to stand or sit for prolonged periods and lift up to 10lbs.
