What Youll Do:

  • Provide excellent support to Microsoft Business Customers by addressing their inquiries and troubleshooting technical issues.

  • Collaborate effectively with customers to resolve their issues or escalate them as needed ensuring a seamless and positive experience.

  • Keep stakeholders and Microsoft Business Customers informed with clear communication about the status of their issues both written and verbal.

  • Log cases in internal systems and stay updated on the latest Microsoft products and services.

  • Engage with Business Customers through multiple communication channels to resolve their queries.

  • Offer comprehensive technical assistance optimizing program efficiency across various billing platforms.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Business Customers by responding to their questions and concerns with professionalism and speed.

  • Investigate issues provide solutions and ensure customer satisfaction is always a top priority.

What You Bring:

  • Fluency in German.

  • Excellent communication skills in English.

  • Strong written and spoken communication skills along with outstanding soft skills and problemsolving abilities.

  • A solid background in Science Math Engineering or Computer Science.

  • 23 years of helpdesk or system administration experience especially within medium to large businesses.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.

  • Experience in Business Client support or service in both B2B and B2C roles.

  • Strong listening skills with the ability to ask strategic questions and offer insightful recommendations that resolve customer challenges.

  • Technical expertise in Windows Operating Systems Local and Widearea networking Microsoft productivity suite Directory Services and Active Directory and experience with Exchange Outlook SharePoint Office Applications Skype for Business and Teams.

  • Flexibility in adapting your approach based on customer personality and needs.

  • Certifications such as MCSE or Cisco are a great advantage.
