In this role you will play a vital part in our rider operations ensuring the success and high standards of our rider fleet in foodoras lastmile delivery. Your mission
Manage rider related processes that are executed in your region (North).
Focus on operational excellence including compliance and performance followups oversee our green fleet (evehicles).
Assist in managing the work environment and create an engaging working atmosphere.
Monitor city performance and ensure the teams of fleet associates and team leads execute on both short term daily tasks or longterm initiatives.
Make sure that we follow policies guidelines & law in terms of rider operation in your region.

Qualifications :
University degree within a relevant area such as Economics Logistics Management or Engineering.
Previous experience from leading a team or managing staff.
You communicate fluently verbally and in writing in English and Swedish.
Previous experience from analytical work with Excel will be a huge plus!
You have a drivers license
