Job Description
- Play a key role in supporting a largescale ERP migration initiative within the Finance organization.
- Contribute to various phases of the program including the Flexible Delivery Model (FDM) project and the full ERP migration expected to run until Q1 2027.
- Collaborate with the project team and report directly to the Program Manager to ensure smooth delivery and alignment with business goals.
- Support financial consolidation and related finance operations through SAP S/4HANA Enterprise Management.
- Follow an established hybrid work model which includes 3 days per week in the office (subject to agreement).
- 10 years of experience in finance transformation and SAP ERP projects.
- Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA particularly in Financial Consolidation and related modules within Enterprise Management.
- Proven experience working in large multiyear ERP programs with phased or flexible delivery models.
- Ability to adapt to changing project needs and timelines.
- Work effectively as part of a dynamic project team under a structured program governance.
- Align with financial stakeholders and technical teams to ensure seamless integration and migration.
- Demonstrate flexibility in engagement ramping up or down as required by the program.
- Be receptive to feedback and demonstrate continuous improvement in performance.
