Our client is a leading company providing comprehensive property management solutions to clients in Ghana.
Scope
The Front Desk Executive will be responsible for maintaining a tidy and organized office environment responding to and documenting all correspondence assisting other departments with administrative tasks and managing all customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to all emails phone calls and mail distribution in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ensure all correspondence is properly documented and filed.
- Provide general office support including filing data entry office supply inventory.
- Maintain a tidy and organized office environment.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the companys operations including its products/services policies and procedures.
- Assist other departments with administrative tasks and ensure smooth daytoday office operations.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of proprietary company information correspondence reports and files.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Perform additional tasks/duties as assigned.
- Collaborate with all staff towards the advancement of the Company.
Requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or any related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a front desk executive or receptionist role or its equivalent.
- Experience in office management is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and timemanagement skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Must have a professional outlook and demeanor.
- Knowledge of office equipment such as multiline phone systems printers and photocopiers.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
