Job Description
As a Senior Business Controller you will:
Coordinate and execute recurring planning and performance management cycles
Deliver accurate and timely management reporting and financial analyses
Maintain improve and utilize financial planning models for longterm target setting and scenario planning
Drive the adoption of highquality insightdriven decisionmaking across the organization
Standardize and optimize global reporting processes and enhance analytical depth
Lead financial planning efforts including longterm strategy annual budget cycles and monthly reviews
Translate business line and sector knowledge into standardized actionable financial insights
Identify key cost and profitability drivers to guide strategic decisions
Foster automation and consistency in crossbusiness line reporting
Partner with Finance Business Partners and business units to improve performance and provide strategic direction
What You Bring to the Table:
A Master s degree in Business Economics Data Analytics or a related field
8 10 years of experience in FP&A business control or a similar financial role
Strong background in managing complex financial processes and tools (e.g. SAP BW BI reporting)
Comfortable navigating matrix organizations and large corporate environments
Preferably prior experience in hightech or multinational companies
Familiarity with business intelligence or analytics tools such as SAS is an advantage

Collaborate effectively with crossfunctional and multicultural teams
Simplify complex financial data into meaningful automated insights
Work under pressure manage ambiguity and prioritize effectively
