Responsibilities:
Support daily operations and assist in the of strategic plans
Coordinate administrative functions and maintain project documentation
Schedule and manage team meetings followups and calendar events
Oversee workflow and process improvements across departments
Maintain internal systems and databases for tracking progress
Communicate with vendors stakeholders and partners
Prepare reports summaries and dashboards for leadership
Requirements
Experience in operations project coordination or administrative roles
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Google Workspace and project management tools (e.g. Asana Trello)
Selfstarter with strong problemsolving skills
Associate or Bachelor s degree in Business Nonprofit Management or related field (preferred)

Proven experience as a marketing executive or similar role. Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies. Proficient in MS Office and marketing software (e.g., CRM tools). Familiarity with social media and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Creative thinker with attention to detail and audience engagement. Bachelor s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field preferred.
