A fastgrowing business process outsourcing (BPO) firm is seeking a highperforming Sales Manager to drive growth within its healthcare division. This role focuses on expanding partnerships with healthcare payers providers and health tech clients by offering tailored support solutions across the care continuum.
The ideal candidate is a confident relationshipbuilder with a strong understanding of healthcare operations digital customer experience (CX) and BPO services. You ll take ownership of the full sales cycle from market engagement and prospecting to contract negotiation and deal closure while collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and longterm client success.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect pitch and close new healthcare client accounts including hospitals clinics and health tech platforms
- Develop sales strategies tailored to payer provider or vendor needs
- Identify growth opportunities within existing client accounts through upselling and crossselling
- Serve as a trusted advisor by deeply understanding client needs and offering valuealigned solutions
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline accurately forecasting and tracking all activity in Salesforce
- Collaborate with operations client services and leadership to ensure successful service implementation
- Represent the company at healthcare and BPO industry events and position it as a strategic partner
- Stay current on healthcare compliance standards industry shifts and digital CX trends
- Consistently hit or exceed sales targets and KPIs
Qualifications:
- Experience selling BPO CX or healthcare operational services (e.g. member support billing coding medical records)
- Proven success in consultative sales to healthcare decisionmakers ideally including Csuite and procurement
- Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and compliance considerations
- Ability to develop and execute sales strategies lead negotiations and build longterm client relationships
- Knowledge of Salesforce (or similar CRM) and a datadriven sales approach
- Excellent communication presentation and proposal development skills
- Selfstarter with the ability to manage a highvolume highvalue sales pipeline
