Job Description
We are looking for an experiencedJunior Sous Chefto join our team at Square Grill Restaurant Piano Bar.
Located at the Heart Of Bath with the stunning views of Bath Abbey and The Roman Rooms the restaurant offers All Day dining from Breakfast Brunch a seasonal a la carte menu daily specials sharing fish and meat dishes and an awardwinning Sunday sharing roast.
Occupying stunning terrace & two floors Square is a modern grill restaurant with a private dining rooms and Piano cocktail bar.
As a Junior Sous Chef you will deliver dishes made with quality food and products from fresh using local products prepared with skill and passion. Your passion for food flexibility and excellent organisation skills and cool head will mean that you will keep you section always running smoothly whilst inspiring your team to do the same
What are we looking for from a Junior Sous Chef
Were looking for a selfmotivated natural team player that thrives under pressure.
Are great communicators and exceptionally well organised.
Experience in a busy fresh food kitchen environment.
A genuine passion for creating the finest dishes.
Handle fresh ingredients and prepare them to the highest standards.
Maintain a professional manner while working under pressure.
Ensure Health & Safety rules and regulations are followed.
Are eligible to work fulltime in the UK.
