Buffalo MN Direct Hire $26 $35/hr
Shift Hours:
1st Shift: 6:00 AM 4:30 PM Monday Thursday
2nd Shift: 4:30 PM 3:00 AM Monday Thursday
Exciting Opportunity for a Skilled Tool Maker!

We are seeking a dedicated Tool Maker to maintain and troubleshoot stamping dies die components and production tooling.
As a Tool Maker youll be an essential part of our team ensuring the highest quality standards in tool maintenance and production. This role offers a great work environment competitive pay and excellent benefits.
Tool Maker Responsibilities:
Maintain repair and troubleshoot all types of stamping dies and production tooling.
Install adjust and finetune die and tooling components to ensure proper functionality.
Read and interpret complex blueprints and technical drawings to produce precise components.
Collaborate with operators setup personnel and supervisors to address tooling needs.
Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean organized work environment.
Tool Maker Qualifications:
Familiarity with all types of stamping dies.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Understanding of modern punch press principles.
Strong communication skills to work effectively with coworkers lead personnel and supervisors.
Ability to work independently while maintaining productivity levels.
Experience in die design.
Preferred experience in metal stamping/fabrication.
Proficiency in tool and die benchwork or similar skill sets.
CNC machining experience.
