Coffee Responsibilities:

• Greet guests in a friendly professional manner
• Take guest orders & process payment
• Ensure guests receive quality products as ordered
• Craft personalized coffee drinks
• Maintain sanitation health and safety standards in work areas
• Assisting guests with club access
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment

Retail Responsibilities:

• Selling retail items from coffee bar POS
• Knowledge of products sold in the Pro Shop
• Alerting the Coffee Bar Director of inventory in need of restocking
• Hand out towels to members when needed
