Coordinates control plans inspection systems and action plans to achieve expected mentors and develops team members to promote quality awareness and implement quality programs and the of nonconformances containment and corrective actions and matter expert who can facilitate or lead training on quality tools.Job Description
Prepares quality improvement team members by identifying training needs; training employees in analytical problemsolving communication and presentation skills.
Resolves quality issues by identifying problems; examining solution options; implementing action plans; providing resources.
Recommends quality policies by identifying problems; studying standards; evaluating quality outcomes
Promotes interest in quality improvement efforts by publicizing project results
Recognizes improvements by developing rewards.
Advises management by summarizing data; preparing reports; explaining proposals; counseling managers.
Improves quality improvement job knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking stateoftheart practices; participating in professional societies.
Contributes to quality improvement and organization success by welcoming related different and new requests; helping others accomplish job results.
All other duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Education
Basic:
- Experience leading customers and suppliers through the evaluation completion and submission of customer required documentation including control plans FEMAs and PPAP .
- 3 Years minimum experience in working in a quality role in a manufacturing environment
- Leadership experience in a quality job role
- HS Diploma or GED
Preferred:
- Completed Bachelors degree in related field is preferred
- 5 Years experience in working in a quality role in a manufacturing environment
