LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR Residential Lettings
Location: Heston TW5
Salary: 40k
Position: Permanent Full Time
We are keen to find an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join a highly successful independent Estate & Lettings Agent whose lettings business is continually expanding.
You will be an individual who has a complete understanding of the whole lettings process be smart ambitious well presented wellspoken and selfmotivated and able to work both as part of a team and on your own initiative.
Skills: The skills required for this Lettings Negotiator role will include:
- Previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator essential
- ARLA qualification desirable
- High level of customer service skills
- Great telephone manner
- Wellpresented and wellspoken
- Driven ambitious and selfmotivated
- A winner with a desire to be successful
- Local knowledge of the local area preferred
- Full driving license absolutely essential
