About the Role:
The Chief of Staff will serve as a strategic right hand to AutoLeaps coCEOs driving operational efficiency and executing on highpriority business initiatives. This individual will be instrumental in aligning teams managing crossfunctional projects and ensuring the leadership team is focused on the most impactful opportunities.
What Youll Do:
- Strategic Planning & Work directly with the coCEOs to develop and execute key business strategies.
- Operational Excellence Improve internal processes and drive operational efficiencies across the organization.
- Project Management Lead highimpact projects from inception to ensuring alignment with business goals.
- CrossFunctional Collaboration Act as a liaison between departments ensuring seamless communication and of strategic initiatives.
- Executive Support Prepare presentations reports and datadriven insights to assist leadership in decisionmaking.
Requirements
- Experience: 36 years of professional experience preferably within software operations and consulting backgrounds.
- ExecutionOriented: Ability to take projects from ideation to .
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: Comfortable operating in a fastpaced highgrowth environment with a proactive and resourceful approach.
Location: This role is based in Atlanta GA and will be inperson at our Buckhead office.
*Hybrid Schedule: Inoffice (Mon Thurs. WFH (Every Friday)
