Are you passionate about events and looking to kickstart your career in the exciting world of event management We are seeking an Entry Level Events Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this entrylevel role you will play a crucial part in the planning coordination and of various events from corporate conferences and trade shows to social gatherings and community events.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and of various events
- Coordinate logistics including venue selection catering and transportation
- Maintain event schedules and timelines to ensure smooth delivery
- Support the marketing team in promoting events through social media and other channels
- Manage attendee registrations and respond to inquiries
- Assist in the preparation of event materials and presentations
Qualifications:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
