$21.79 $32.69Patient Services Representative Outpatient Services Clinic (Bellevue)
PartTime / Days 32 hours per week
Monday to Friday / 8 hour shift
Overlake Medical Center & Clinics is currently seeking aparttime Patient Services Representative for ourHidden Valley Anticoagulation Clinic in Bellevue supporting Anticoagulation Diabetes Education and Nutrition & Wound Care.
Primary responsibilities include patient registration scheduling appointments answering phones distribution of records throughEPIC(the EMR system) and executing duties in a manner that provides excellent customer service for the patient experience.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of one 1 year of clerical experience in a medical facility preferred.
- Must have vehicle to drive self to clinics and have a valid Drivers License
- Excellent customer service and communication skills required.
- Experience with EMR applications EPIC preferred.
