Job Description
Systems Engineer SME
This position requires an active TS/SCI with Polygraphclearance to be considered.
Criterion Systems is seeking an Engineering Tech Lead for a technical development program supporting the Sponsors Entitlement Programs as well as IdAM /ICAM Authentication Authorization Attributes and Digital Policy Management.

Systems Engineer SME Responsibilities Include:
- Support existing systems and provides the guidance to build new technologies
- Develop new policies and integrate them into an enterprise service.
- Participate in deployment/administration of tools and integration testing.
- Lead a team of database developers systems engineers software developers cyber security engineers test engineers who develop custom user interfaces and rest services to management digital policies assist in installation deployment and maintenance of products.
- Performs other jobrelated duties as assigned
Experience Education Skills Abilities requested:
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
- Bachelors degree
- Minimum of fifteen 15 years of relevant experience; 10 years of experience will be accepted with a Masters degree
- Leadership and project management experience
- Experience with security accreditation process
- Experience with the Cloud / Amazon Web Services
- Experience as a Systems Engineer providing requirements and system interface analysis for enterprise scale development project
- Experience developing and maintaining interface control documents between components in an enterprise operational system
- Strong communication and organization skills in order to provide support to development team and stakeholders on intent of the requirements and user stories
- Ability to translate user requirements into agile sprint stories and acceptance criteria that is achievable within each sprint
- Experience with agile project management methodologies including managing product backlogs
- Hands on Experience with the customers A&A process to achieve system approval
- Must pass preemployment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
