JOB TITLE:
ChickfilA Back of House Team Member
JOB PURPOSE:
This position is responsible for food service and preparation at our ChickfilA location. This job offers flexible hours class schedule accommodations and some shifts may include 1 free meal.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare cook assemble and present food safely quickly and efficiently meeting ChickfilA standards
Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations including fries breading assembling boards and food prep
Stock kitchen inventory as needed
Keep the kitchen neat clean and orderly at all times
Keep uptodate with new products rolled out by ChickfilA
Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
Maintain personal knowledge by completing inhouse training and stay uptodate on any changes
Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
Adhere to ChickfilA rules and dress code at all times
Other duties as assigned
WORK LOCATION ELIGIBILITY:This position provides vital support to campus customers and requires the successful candidate be available to work on campus.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Time Management skills

- Strong Interpersonal Communication Skills
