Job Description
As aSenior UI/UX Designerwith Maverc you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our advanced machine learning and AIdriven solutions. You will collaborate with crossfunctional teams including engineers and data scientists to design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces that bring complex AI technologies to life. Your work will involve creating seamless usercentric designs for systems powered by technologies like NLP generative AI and largescale data processing..
Requirements
- Provide subject matter expertise to supportagile development utilizing iterative development methodologies for requirements and solutions.
- Translateuser research information into actionableuser interface requirements and workflows.
- Produce highquality solutions throughhybrid wireframe and visual designs flow diagrams storyboards site maps and prototypes.
- Rapidly iterate ondesign prototypesand working applications contributing to thedesign development and testingof AI/ML tools and delivery methods.
- Developmockup solutionsthat can be implemented quickly.
- Test and validate usabilityby monitoring and reporting metrics leveraging research and analytics to drive product updates and improve user experience. Use available tooling to quantify user activity and application utilization producing visualizations for analysis of user behavior.
- Apply principles methods and techniques ofuserbased designwith indepth knowledge of complex computerbased systems supportingAI solution development.
- Support technical activities related to endusers identifyingmission goals desired metrics data standards anduser workflows.
- Collaborate with endusers to build and analyzeuser stories identifyingsystem software and interface requirementsfor capability design and development.
- Identifyuser processes software and other mission issues that could be improved usingAI.
- Capture and formulateuser needs gathering and incorporating feedback fromuser interviewsusability tests surveys data analysis and similar methods to define the broader user experience.
- Design and prototypespecific AI/ML solutions understanding user needs behaviors and motivations. Advocate for the user by empathizing with their experience and informing design decisions.
- Work closely withMission and Capability Delivery teamsto help determine product goals.
- Collaborate with team members onuser researchcustomer testing and iterative feedback loops.
Education:
- Bachelors Degree 710 years of experience or aMasters Degree 5 years of experience.
- Experience withusability testing including preparing test plans and wireframes facilitating test sessions analyzing data and reporting and presenting results.
- Proficient in creating and documentinginformation design concepts and solutionsthrough various means such as wireframes prototypes and task flow diagrams.
- Must have excellentwritten and oral communication skillswith experience presenting to and interacting with endusers.
- Prior experience conductinguser interviewsandcontextual inquiries.
- Experience withuser tracking and metrics toolingsuch asMatomo.
- Experience visualizing user metrics usingQlikand/orTableau.
- Usability/UXrelated certification(e.g. CUA) is aNice to Have.
