JOB SUMMARY: (Overall purpose and objective of the job)
The Regional President Brokerage is responsible for management of the brokerage division within an assigned region with the primary objective of instilling Kidder Mathews visionary goals and budgetary objectives. High level leadership through example accountability and professionalism is expected.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: (The reason this job exists is to perform these functions. These functions are performed regularly seriously impacts other jobs and there are a limited number of employees to whom performance of the function can be distributed).
Develop and execute both short and long term strategic regional brokerage plans which are in alignment with Kidder Mathews Vision Mission and Values
Develop and manage regional brokerage budget
Appoint and partner with Manager Directors in each office in the oversight of Agents ensuring corporate culture and company standards are maintained
Partner with Managing Directors ensuring that procedures and relevant policies are followed as well as educating on company tools and resources
In alignment with company goals develop and manage regional retention and recruiting plan; support Managing Directors with the organization of office retention and recruiting activities resulting in meeting office retention and recruiting goals
Develop and execute both short and long term strategic corporate marketing plans which are in alignment with Kidder Mathews Vision Mission and Values
Provide coaching direction and leadership to Managing Directors Agents and Associates
Provide additional coaching and mentorship to both new and underperforming Agents and Associates including training support with business plan development goals setting etc.
Make decisions and take actions to increase the companys regional market share in partnership with Kidder Mathews Property Management and Valuation Services
Participate in and coordinate regional brokerage division involvement in appropriate clientbased business social and community organizations
Assist Agents in the development and presentation of client proposals
Create Specialty Groups and partner with them to promote sharing of market information and in enhancing the companys reputation within each specialty (e.g. office industrial retail multifamily investment etc.
Assist Agents in targeting and initiating contact with potential corporate and institutional accounts/clients; assist in coordinating agent teams and members of other company divisions in pursuit thereof
Coordinate crossselling and marketing efforts between brokerage branch offices and specialty groups and promote crossselling and marketing efforts between Brokerage Property Management and Valuation Services
Develop strategic relationships with both internal stakeholders and external sources
Partner with VP of Administrative Services and/or SVP Corporate Operations in the management of day to day operations including information/technology systems facilities licensing issues deal files legal forms and other operational tasks
Partner with the Director of Research to coordinate regional market research
Partner with VP of Administrative Services and/or Director of Human Resources regarding brokerage staffing support and other support regarding Kidder Mathews employees including employee legal issues
Partner with SVP Corporate Finance regarding all nonemployee company legal issues including commission collection and claims defense issues

EDUCATION: Bachelors degree in business or related field or a combination of education and experience.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
10 years of related brokerage experience
5 years experience managing employees including Independent Contractors preferably regionally or multisite
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:
Strong working knowledge of commercial real estate
SKILLS AND ABILITY:
Demonstrated ability to build relationships with clients vendors and internal partners
Demonstrated ability to multitask and utilize resources to execute tasks within a deadlineoriented environment
Professional communication etiquette with good oral and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new proprietary software and systems
Demonstrated financial analysis skills
Demonstrated understanding of the budgeting process
Must maintain professional image and demeanor
Ability to travel as needed (up to 75
Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks concurrently
Demonstrated high level of initiative and strong trouble shooting skills
Must have working vehicle valid drivers license and current auto insurance
