Boeing Aerospace OperationsBoeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for a Property Management Advisor to join our team in Chantilly VA
The Property Management Advisor plays a critical role in overseeing propertyrelated matters within the organization. This includes providing expert advice on property management ensuring compliance with regulations optimizing property management and assisting in the development and implementation of strategic property initiatives and reviews. Candidate must have a strong background in property management strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Position Responsibilities:
- Ensures assets accountability sales data import/export and other necessary documentation is completed
- Maintains related historical documentation
- Provides technical expertise evaluation and initiates innovative solutions for complex contracts
- Ensures compliance with regulations
- Oversees related processes and provides technical expertise evaluation and initiates innovative solutions on inventory control
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Adjudicated Counterintelligence Polygraph
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Experience in property management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to lift 35 pounds
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Experience with government property management
