Whether you have been through ten open enrollments or just got through your first you are going to learn something new every day and will gradually increase your skills to make yourself a benefits expert in our community. This position will report to an A Manager and offers a clear path to grow into a senior role in the foreseeable future.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and communicate our clients benefits program to all employees
- Dive into open enrollment and work side by side with the leadership to administer all benefit plans
- Monitor market conditions and evaluate the existing plans in place propose changes or develop new plans with HR leaders
- Collaborate with others on the team to process payroll field questions from employees and chip in where needed
