What Youll Do
Manage Client Accounts Handle renewals policy changes and service requests.
Retention & Relationship Management Engage clients proactively to ensure satisfaction and policy retention.
CrossSell & Upsell Identify coverage gaps and recommend additional protection (e.g. bundling home & auto).
Assist with Commercial Accounts Support business clients with their coverage needs (training provided).
Stay Organized & Efficient Utilize AMS & CRM to track policies process documentation and follow up with clients.
Be a Trusted Advisor Educate clients on their options and help them make informed decisions.
What Were Looking For
Experience: 2 years in an insurance account management or CSR role. Independent agency experience preferred.
Licensed in Louisiana (P&C Required) Life & Health a plus.
TechSavvy & Adaptable Comfortable with AMS/CRM software Gsuite and Microsoft Office.
DetailOriented & Proactive Able to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
Team Player with a ClientFirst Mentality We thrive on collaboration and integrity.
