About the Job Introduction to PwC Service Delivery Center

PricewaterhouseCoopers Service Delivery Centre (Kolkata) Private Limited is a joint venture in India among members of the PricewaterhouseCoopers Network that will leverage the scale and capabilities of its network. It is a member firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers International Limited and has its registered office in Kolkata India

The Delivery Center will provide a professional an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will have the ability to develop process and qualitybased skills

Requirements: These should include essential & desirable requirements such as:

Preferred Knowledge/Skills:

End to end of training programs technical (Advisory & Assurance) & Mandatory programs

Taking complete ownership and accountability of the work assigned.

Creating/modification of training sessions workshops and other trainings on the LMS tool Vantage

Training logistics end to end logistics coordination which includes prework/post work attesting annotated agenda (if required) etc. for all training programs

Block trainer and participants calendar for the sessions. Share attend code with the trainers on the session day.

Handle queries via ms teams mails

Individual clearance check the report completion status and provide clearance accordingly

SPOC for creating the xLoS technical trainings in the Vantage tool

Reporting pull reports from the tool and share with respective teams/stakeholders. Work on the excel reports

Ability to stay agile to work outside the assigned processes and remain solution oriented.

Ability to understand the business nuances and draw references and ensure compliance.
