JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Job Requirements: Requires the use of simple writing adding subtracting whole numbers and the carrying out of instructions; and the use of fixed gauges and direct reading instruments and devices in which interpretation is not required. Over 1 and up to 2 months of qualifying/or onthejob training.

This position is part of the bargaining unit represented by Teamsters Local Union No. 8 and has a starting hourly wage of $17.25. After six 6 full pay periods (biweekly) from the date of hire the rate increases to $19.27 per hour. More information can be found here: Collective Bargaining Agreement.

Pursuant to the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act and the Pennsylvania Act of 1988 Penn State publishes a combined Annual Security and Annual Fire Safety Report (ASR). The ASR includes crime statistics and institutional policies concerning campus security such as those concerning alcohol and drug use crime prevention the reporting of crimes sexual and other matters.
