ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Become knowledgeable of SHI history publications and advocacy to employ the information for the Just Like Me Campaign.
Serve as the coordinator of the teams implementing activities and efforts within the Just Like Me Campaign; some are remote and across time zones requiring flexibility with work hours.
Track and report on outcomes of the Just Like Me Campaign demonstrating impact and the connection to new name acquisition using Salesforce and other tools to measure outcomes.
Develop compelling narratives in short and long form to engage traditional and social media.
Use MeltwaterNewswire Hootsuite and other tools to research monitor and engage media.
Stay abreast of current news work and publications to connect with the Just Like Me Campaign.
Identify beneficial collaborations and forge strategic alliances to achieve campaign goals.
Coordinate with the Growth Strategies team to provide compelling content to dovetail with fundraising efforts.
Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors degreeand2 years ofexperienceand/or 5 years of campaign leadership and communications/PR experience.
Demonstrated experience indesigning and implementing comprehensivecampaign strategies preferably for policy and social change in a nonprofit organization.
Experience and success working with a team both as leader and supporter.
Experience using or comfort learning to use Salesforce as a contact management system and to track and report outcomes.
Knowledge of the faithbased community and ability to communicate a Christian message in written and verbal presentations.
Proven problemsolving skills and capacity to adapt quickly to changing and often challenging environments.
Flexibility for travel.

SALARY AND BENFITS:The salary range is $7585k annually based upon education and experience with performancebased salary increases. SHIs fulltime employee benefits include 401K employer match up to 3 of your salary health insurance benefits with $100/month employee contribution ten paid holidays and a generous PTO policy.
