Campaign Manager

• Shared Hope is committed to ending trafficking for sexual exploitation. The Just Like Me Campaign is our flagship effort to end the unjust criminalization of trafficking survivors. The faces of the antitrafficking movement today are those individuals who were victimized through trafficking in the past. We seek a Campaign Manager who can lead and execute the Just Like Me Campaign strategy with discipline and persistence while simultaneously spotting and seizing opportunity.The Campaign Manager will step into a designed parent campaign with several microcampaigns driving toward measurable and definedoutcomes. The successful applicant will achieve campaign goals and succeed in making the change necessary for us to end human trafficking. We are a group of subject matter experts trainers and policy advocates who have produced compelling and credible content ready to be deployed by the Campaigns Manager to achieve the change we require to win our fight. Shared Hope International is a dynamic workplace requiring a creative passionate and dedicated team member with a great sense of humor and the ability to pivot tomanage shifting priorities prioritize multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
  
  ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
  • Become knowledgeable of SHI history publications and advocacy to employ the information for the Just Like Me Campaign.
  • Serve as the coordinator of the teams implementing activities and efforts within the Just Like Me Campaign; some are remote and across time zones requiring flexibility with work hours.
  • Track and report on outcomes of the Just Like Me Campaign demonstrating impact and the connection to new name acquisition using Salesforce and other tools to measure outcomes.
  • Develop compelling narratives in short and long form to engage traditional and social media.
  • Use Meltwater Newswire Hootsuite and other tools to research monitor and engage media.
  • Stay abreast of current news work and publications to connect with the Just Like Me Campaign.
  • Identify beneficial collaborations and forge strategic alliances to achieve campaign goals.
  • Coordinate with the Growth Strategies team to provide compelling content to dovetail with fundraising efforts.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelors degree and 2 years of experience and/or 5 years of campaign leadership and communications/PR experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing comprehensive campaign strategies preferably for policy and social change in a nonprofit organization.
  • Experience and success working with a team both as leader and supporter.
  • Experience using or comfort learning to use Salesforce as a contact management system and to track and report outcomes.
  • Knowledge of the faithbased community and ability to communicate a Christian message in written and verbal presentations.
  • Proven problemsolving skills and capacity to adapt quickly to changing and often challenging environments.
  • Flexibility for travel.

  SALARY AND BENFITS: The salary range is $7585k annually based upon education and experience with performancebased salary increases. SHIs fulltime employee benefits include 401K employer match up to 3 of your salary health insurance benefits with $100/month employee contribution ten paid holidays and a generous PTO policy.
  
  Interviews of all qualified applicants will be in person at the Washington DC Shared Hope office. Shared Hope cannot pay or reimburse travel costs for interviewees. The desired start date will be as soon as a qualified person is found for this position.
