Job Description
Now Hiring: Office Assistant Collision Center Colonial Cadillac of Woburn
Were looking for a reliable organized and friendly Office Assistant to join our team at our busy collision center. If you have strong communication skills attention to detail and thrive in a fastpaced environment we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone
- Handle scheduling filing and general office tasks
- Assist with insurance claim processing and estimates
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Support the team with administrative duties as needed
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a customer service or office role (automotive industry a plus Appraiser License a huge plus)
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office email data entry)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Positive attitude and team player mindset
