Job Description
Role : Engineering Manager/Architect
Job Opening for Engineering Manager/Architect with a robust background in software development and expertise in AWS Postgres RDS and Django. The ideal candidate should have over 8 years of experience in the software industry demonstrating a proven track record in technical leadership and team management.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of software engineers providing technical direction and support.
Design and architect scalable efficient software systems utilizing AWS Postgres RDS and Django.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to determine and prioritize project requirements.
Develop implement and maintain best practices for software development testing and deployment.
Ensure adherence to highquality standards and industry best practices.
Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure costs and resources effectively.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of innovative features.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development particularly with AWS Postgres RDS and Django.
Proven experience in technical leadership and team management roles.
Strong understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns.
Excellent problemsolving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach.
Experience working with agile development methodologies.
- Experience: 8 years in software development
- Core Skills: Expertise in AWS Postgres RDS and Django
- Preferred experience: Management
- Expertise in architecture design with a strong track record of building dataintensive applications from scratch.
- Ability to provide valuable advice and constructive feedback to elevate the teams performance and output.
- Handson experience in managing and mentoring teams is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience in building data heavy applications from scratch.
