About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Dev Lead with expertise in Full Stack Development using Golang and . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading development teams delivering highquality solutions and driving innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of developers ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Design develop and maintain scalable web applications using Golang for the backend and for the frontend.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including product managers designers and QA engineers to deliver robust solutions.
- Implement best practices in coding testing and deployment to ensure highquality software delivery.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and technical challenges.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends to recommend and implement improvements.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 8 to 10 years of experience in Full Stack Development.
- Proficiency in Golang for backend development.
- Strong expertise in for frontend development.
- Proven experience in leading and managing development teams.
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs microservices architecture and web development principles.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g. Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS Azure or GCP).
- Knowledge of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL).
- Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
