Customer Support Associate (German & English) OnSite in Sofia Bulgaria
Starting Date: 19 May 2025
Join a dynamic and multicultural team in Sofia supporting a wellknown international brand! Were looking for motivated German and English speakers ready to deliver toptier customer service.
Schedule: Monday to Sunday rotating shifts
Location: Onsite in Sofia Bulgaria

Your Role:
As a Customer Service Agent you will play a crucial role in customers journey interacting on a daily basis to guide them through our processes and products .Your goal will be to ensure an excellent customer experience by offering clear helpful and professional support at every step.
Requirements:

Valid Residency Card (more than 1 year)

EU Citizenship or Refugee Card
Please note: Blue Card or Work Permit holders are not eligible
