Job Description
We are seeking Filipino licensed architects and estimators with experience in USAbased projects for remote positions. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record in architectural design or estimating for U.S. construction projects.
Key Qualifications:
- Licensed Architect or Estimator (Philippine license required).
- At least 8 years of experience working on USAbased projects.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. building codes and regulations.
- Proficient in relevant software (e.g. AutoCAD Revit Excel and Planswift or Bluebeam).
- Must be able to work independently in a remote setup.
