Role & Responsibilities
- Outbound Prospecting: Conduct calls and send emails to prospect and qualify target companies.
- Contact Identification: Identify key decisionmakers and understand their roles to uncover objectives pain points and improvement opportunities.
- Goal Achievement: Follow established guidelines to meet targeted goals set appointments and diligently follow up on leads.
- Opportunity Identification: Recognize business challenges and opportunities within prospects generating interest in our solutions.
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule discovery meetings for the Sales Team to further evaluate prospects businesses and partnership potential.
- CRM Management: Record detailed notes and utilize automation tools within our CRM system (HubSpot).
- Lead Generation: Research and identify potential new clients through online research event marketing outbound calling and other strategies.
Skills and Experience
- Communication: Excellent listening skills with strong thoughtful communication via chat video phone and email.
- SelfMotivation: Highly selfmotivated goaloriented and a fast learner.
- CRM & SaaS Knowledge: Understanding of HubSpot CRM and SaaS business models.
- Relevant Experience: Prior experience as a Business Development Representative (BDR) or 23 years in sales or customer service.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using CRM software and familiar with digital marketing tools.
- Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
- Sales Expertise: Indepth knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
- ProblemSolving: Strong problemsolving and negotiation abilities.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Teamwork & Adaptability: Capable of working both independently and collaboratively with a flexible approach to change.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with computer software business development practices healthcare networking marketing and sales.
