Job Description
Gear Inc. is seeking a QA (Quality Assurance) Officer for our Moderation teams on a full time basis. The
ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the implementation and efficiency of quality.
Where you will work
Thanh Khe Da Nang.
Responsibility
Review the implementation & efficiency of quality and inspection systems;Plan conduct & monitor testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure the qualitys product;
Investigate customers claims and nonconformance issues;
Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality systems;
Develop recommend and monitor corrective and preventative actions;
Evaluate audit findings and implement appropriate corrective action.
Key skills and experience
Good English skills in reading gathering information from foreign customers requirements;
Have at least 1year experience in customer support service analysis;
Have contentmoderationrelated skills is preferable;
Be detail oriented with strong analytical skills;
Proficient skills with MS Office and Google Drive;
Willingness to handle multiproject;
Have good communication skills is an advantage;
Able to work on Holidays is preferable;
Personal traits and selfmanagement skills are required to manage unique risks and a fast pace work environment within the Content Moderation industry. Candidates may potentially be exposed to harmful content.
