Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Exhibition Center Director to spearhead investment promotion marketing and client relationship management for our facility. This senior role involves attracting highend brands facilitating land transactions building strategic partnerships and enhancing the centers market presence and profitability among a highnetworth clientele.
Key Responsibilities
- Investment Promotion: Lead all investment attraction activities for the exhibition center identify and develop strategic partnerships secure highend brand participation and facilitate related land transactions.
- Marketing & Branding: Create and implement effective marketing and branding strategies designed to attract prestigious clients elevate the centers profile in the market and boost member/client engagement.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate manage and expand relationships with highnetworth individuals and corporate clients effectively demonstrating the unique value of the exhibition center and associated land opportunities.
- Industry & Stakeholder Relations: Establish and maintain strong positive relationships with government bodies industry associations media organizations and key figures within elite social circles.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of professional experience focused on investment attraction and client acquisition specifically for midtohighend exhibition centers. This must include experience held in senior management positions.
- Investment Promotion Skills: Demonstrable success in attracting highend brands and forging significant partnerships. Proven ability to build and leverage networks of highnetworth clients.
- Market Insight: An indepth understanding of the highend consumer market and the ability to translate this insight into effective targeted marketing and operational strategies.
- Language & Communication: Complete fluency in English is required. Must possess excellent crosscultural communication skills to interact effectively with international clients partners and stakeholders.
- Leadership & : Strong leadership capabilities adeptness at crossdepartmental coordination and excellent skills. Proven ability to manage teams efficiently and drive business growth.
- Client Service Orientation: A strong commitment to providing premium levels of customer service with the ability to build and maintain lasting positive member/client relationships that enhance satisfaction.
