Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager/Director to join our dynamic team in promoting and selling semiconductor foundry services. The ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge of the semiconductor foundry industry. A specific knowledge of specialty foundry processes (BCD Analog/Mixed Signal CMOS RF etc) are a plus. Must have a proven track record of managing top tier/key accounts while driving new business development in the US territory with existing & new customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop communicate and drive overall strategy for assigned accounts
- Meet or exceed Sales Revenue Design Win Revenue and Tape Out Revenue Targets
- Process Quotes aid in forecasting and product disposition in a timely manner
- Engage in Forecast and Forecast Response process to manage factory loadings and territory revenue
- Work closely with Technical Sales and Technology Development teams to resolve customer pain points and identify and secure engagement opportunities throughout the customer roadmaps.
- Develop clear and logical business proposals in response to RFQs and drive necessary internal alignment and approvals from key stakeholders
- Participate in operations engineering and business review meetings
- Negotiate formal business agreements at the Executive level
- Develop a high level of customer intimacy with clients sourcing and business unit leaders
- Work with a crossorganizational team to establish KPIs to measure customer management performance health and to report to senior management
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in related field
- 5 years of sales or business development experience with deep knowledge in the semiconductor foundry industry.
- Good understanding of semiconductor process technologies.
- Excellent interpersonal negotiation and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed. 10

Preferred Qualifications:
- A degree in Electrical Engineering or Materials Science is a plus
- Existing network in fabless semiconductor companies and IDM organizations.
- Knowledge of wafer fabrication processes: logic analog RF MEMS or power semiconductors.
- Bilingual (e.g. English and Mandarin/Korean) a plus.
