Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager/Director to join our dynamic team in promoting and selling semiconductor foundry services. The ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge of the semiconductor foundry industry. A specific knowledge of specialty foundry processes (BCD Analog/Mixed Signal CMOS RF etc) are a plus. Must have a proven track record of managing top tier/key accounts while driving new business development in the US territory with existing & new customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop communicate and drive overall strategy for assigned accounts
  • Meet or exceed Sales Revenue Design Win Revenue and Tape Out Revenue Targets
  • Process Quotes aid in forecasting and product disposition in a timely manner
  • Engage in Forecast and Forecast Response process to manage factory loadings and territory revenue
  • Work closely with Technical Sales and Technology Development teams to resolve customer pain points and identify and secure engagement opportunities throughout the customer roadmaps.
  • Develop clear and logical business proposals in response to RFQs and drive necessary internal alignment and approvals from key stakeholders
  • Participate in operations engineering and business review meetings
  • Negotiate formal business agreements at the Executive level
  • Develop a high level of customer intimacy with clients sourcing and business unit leaders
  • Work with a crossorganizational team to establish KPIs to measure customer management performance health and to report to senior management

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in related field
  • 5 years of sales or business development experience with deep knowledge in the semiconductor foundry industry.
  • Good understanding of semiconductor process technologies.
  • Excellent interpersonal negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed. 10
  • San Jose/Silicon Valley areabased role

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A degree in Electrical Engineering or Materials Science is a plus
  • Existing network in fabless semiconductor companies and IDM organizations.
  • Knowledge of wafer fabrication processes: logic analog RF MEMS or power semiconductors.
  • Bilingual (e.g. English and Mandarin/Korean) a plus.
