Job Description
Our internship is an exciting opportunity to gain realworld IT experience and sharpen your skillset over the course of 3 months and prepares you to thrive in the technology landscape.
The internship program in Escalation engineering offers the opportunity to:
- Work closely with senior engineers to investigate and troubleshoot customerreported issues related to our software products.
- Assist in performing root cause analysis log analysis and advanced triage of product and component failures.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including customer support QA and development to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and occasionally with customers to gather details and provide updates.
- Contribute to documentation efforts by helping create and maintain technical specifications troubleshooting guides and user manuals.
- Stay current with relevant technologies tools and industry trends to continuously improve skills and knowledge.

Qualifications :
- A bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related technical field.
- Good command of English both written and verbal.
- Basic understanding of debugging and troubleshooting techniques.
- Strong problemsolving and analytical thinking skills.
- Ability to read and interpret logs stack traces and network captures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with relational database systems such as PostgreSQL or Oracle is a plus.
- Exposure to programming languages like C or Java is a plus.
- Understanding of IP networking concepts and protocols is an advantage.
- Experience working with Linux and/or Windows environments is a plus.
