Are you passionate about HR operations data and automation Do you thrive in a dynamic fastpaced environment If so we want you to join our HR Operations team in the Benelux as a Senior HR Operations Specialist!

In this role youll play a crucial part in optimizing HR processes driving efficiency and ensuring smooth daily operations. Youll collaborate closely with a variety of stakeholders including the HR Advisory team in Benelux and global teams like the Global Process Automation team. Your focus will be on creating streamlined efficient HR processes and ensuring our HR data is reliable accurate and accessible for both our retail and head office teams.

As an HR Operations Specialist youll support global HR projects (like the implementation of a new document management system) enhance our Time & Attendance system (Quinyx) and maintain the integrity and data quality of HR data dashboards. Youll also play an integral part in supporting the HR Advice team with annual HRrelated projects such as performance management and the budgeting process.

In this role youll ensure that our HR operations run smoothly and will work directly with HR Coordinators and HR & Payroll Specialists to deliver highquality service across the business.

Your key responsibilities: 

  • Own our Data: Master HR Data Quality dashboards ensuring accurate data providing key insights like absence trends to Retail stakeholders and generating actionable HR reports to drive business success.
  • Payroll power (data entry): Manage and upload monthly payroll changes like bonuses salary adjustmentsand ensure smooth timely processing every time.
  • CLA & Salary Adjustments: Coordinate and implement collective labor agreement changes and salary increases keeping everything aligned with legal standards and company goals.
  • Process optimizations: Partner with your HR colleagues to spot opportunities for process improvements and take the lead in driving continuous impactful change.
  • HR GoTo: Be the trusted expert on HR policies and procedures delivering clear support to employees and managers while keeping records in Workday uptodate.

Qualifications :

 

Were looking for a detailoriented proactive professional who:

  • Communicates effectively and thrives in collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
  • Has around 3 years of relevant experience within HR Operations.
  • Is fluent in Dutch (a musthave).
  • Is an expert in Excel (a musthave).
  • Has a solid understanding of Dutch labor law and sickness regulations.
  • Can easily juggle multiple priorities with ease and efficiency.
  • Has experience with Workday and Quinyx (or is eager to become an expert!.
  • Loves problemsolving and bringing fresh innovative ideas to the table.
  • Has a keen eye for detail and a structured approach to data and processes.
  • Adapts quickly to shifting priorities and can provide backup support as needed.
